The signature process that involves psychotherapy and counselling to support you as you navigate your life. Open-ended sessions delivered with a person-centred ethos. These sessions can use multiple tools from talking, drawing or movement.

Solo Mind

Psychotherapy and counselling sessions with intergrated mindfulness and creativity involved. These sessions include an additional work journal that allows you to continue outside of sessions.
